When I develop a marketing campaign, every detail is strategically planned to capture the audience's attention and generate tangible results. To achieve this, I use a well-balanced mix of channels, from a strong online presence, with highly targeted advertising on Meta platforms, to offline materials such as customised flyers distributed in strategic locations. I also created a dedicated landing page, featuring highlighted properties and fully optimised for conversion. However, the real star of this campaign was its innovative twist: an interactive experience where users could "match" with properties, a kind of “Tinder for houses.” This playful and intuitive format not only grabbed visitors' attention instantly but also significantly increased time spent on the platform and drove the desired call-to-actions, from contact requests to viewing appointments. The impact was clear and measurable, a creative approach that delivered excellent results and proved how powerful it is to align technology with emotion in the home-search process.
